Shipping

All orders order over $100 include free shipping! Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate based upon the pre-tax amount of your order. Orders from $1-$50 will be charged a $10 flat fee and orders $51-$99 will be charged a $15 flat fee. The shipping will be added prior to the tax calculation.

All domestic orders are drop shipped via FedEx Ground. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the order has not been shipped then you may be able to cancel it, given that it is an in-stock item.

Our in stock fans and lights are shipped out within 24 - 48 hours. There is a 25% restocking fee for cancellations.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to your order for shipments to residents in the States of Indiana, Missouri and California.

Defective Merchandise or Missing Parts

Always inspect your merchandise immediately upon receiving it.  If you have received damaged merchandise or you are missing a part, please contact Wind Deco. If the problem cannot be solved, Wind Deco will replace the damaged or defective merchandise. You must contact Wind Deco within 30 days from the date that the order was received. After this point there will be no refund or exchange. If you should need to return any merchandise you must contact Wind Deco for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise without an RMA number will be refused by Wind Deco.

Returning Merchandise

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise has not been used or installed, you may return it at our discretion. The items must be undamaged, unused, in their original packaging and must not be over thirty (30) days from date of shipment. There will be a 25% restocking fee for all returned items. Customers will be refunded the difference between the price of the item and the 25% restocking fee. If your item meets the qualifications listed above please contact Wind Deco for a RMA number. No return will be accepted without an RMA number.

When returning your merchandise please write the RMA number on THE SHIPPING LABEL (NOT DIRECTLY ON THE BOX), if no RMA Number is clearly marked on the Label the shipment will be refused. If the merchandise returned, upon inspection by Wind Deco, includes a RMA number clearly marked as indicated above, the product will be accepted for exchange, credit or refund based on reason code assigned when the RMA number was initiated.  The merchandise must be returned in its original condition/box with all parts intact. A credit will not be issued if the merchandise is not the original product ordered or if the merchandise has been used.
